Dennis Yost
Dennis Yost joined Cavendish Kinetics in March 2007 as CEO. Since 2006 he has been a member of the Cavendish Kinetics Board of Directors. Prior to joining Cavendish Kinetics, he was Vice President and General Manager of the CMP business unit at Novellus Systems Inc. Prior to Novellus, Mr. Yost was Chief Operating Officer at Lightpath Technologies and was General Manager and Managing Director at Applied Materials Corp. Prior to Applied Materials, he held various engineering management and engineering positions with Texas Instruments Corp. including engineering manager in the Digital Light Products Components Group. Mr. Yost also worked as a process engineer for Intel Corp. Mr. Yost holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University as well as a M.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Roger Maggs
Roger Maggs founded Celtic House in 1994. Prior to that, Roger enjoyed a 27-year career at Alcan Aluminum Limited, with senior postings around the world, including three Vice Presidencies of the global company. He started as a physicist in a product development lab and ended as VP Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestments, at the head office in Montréal, Quebec. Roger’s interest in venture capital began in the late 1980s with his involvement in Alcan’s Corporate Venture arm. Roger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Wales, and a Master’s degree from Warwick Business School. He was made an honoury fellow of his college in 1998.
Over his career, Roger has held directorships on over 30 public and private boards and currently serves as a board member of six Celtic House companies. Through his longstanding board role at publicly-traded LTX-Credence (Nasdaq: LTXC), Roger has built strong ties to the semiconductor industry in the US. He is also Chairman of publicly-traded Sandvine (TSX: SVC, LSE-AIM: SAND), a position he held prior to its AIM IPO in 2006.
Roger oversees the investment activities of Celtic House in both the UK and Ireland. Having mentored over a dozen CEOs in the Celtic House portfolio, he brings exceptional skills in management team development and marketing to the partnership. Roger travels extensively in Europe and the US and has developed a strong business network in both regions.

Mr. Luis Arzubi
Luis Arzubi is a general partner of Tallwood Venture Capital. His vast past experience - more than 30 years in various engineering, management and executive roles with IBM - brings a distinctive and valuable technologist and customer point of view to Tallwood's practice.
Before joining Tallwood, Luis was a member of the executive team for IBM's Microelectronics Division. Most recently he served as Vice President and General Manager for the division, where he was responsible for all the semiconductor business segments. During the 1990s he played the key role in moving IBM Microelectronics into the OEM business and making it succeed. Earlier, Luis was the General Manager for IBM's Burlington, Vermont, site, where he was responsible for two mega fabs and the development lab. From 1986 through 1991, Luis was Lab Director at IBM's General Technology Division, where he was responsible for all of IBM's non-bipolar semiconductor technologies and product development activities.
Luis currently serves on the boards of directors of Cavendish Kinetics, T-RAM and Amulaire Thermal Technology. He is the inventor of five key memory patents and has published more than two dozen technical papers.
Luis holds a B.S. and an M.S. in electrical engineering from the National University of Littoral in Argentina.

Mr. Bart Markus
Bart Markus joined Wellington Partners in April 2000. He concentrates on investments in the fields of Software and Electronics and is currently managing the firm's investments in Cavendish Kinetics Covast, Negevtech, Reportive and Zopa. During Bart's involvement, both Covast (initially based in the Netherlands) as well as former Wellington portfolio company Meiosys (initially based in France) relocated their commercial operations to the United States in order to further accelerate their growth.
Bart began his career as a process control systems and later project engineer with Shell in Norway. In 1995, he joined McKinsey as an associate, working mainly on strategic projects in the Netherlands and South Africa. After earning his MBA in 1997, Bart worked for HAL Investments as a private equity investment manager with a special focus on new technologies. One of his early investments was the Series A investment in Navteq (NASDAQ: NVT). In late 1999, Bart set up and acted as interim CEO for ePearle, a B2C eCommerce company and one of HAL Investments' retail portfolio companies. He was also one of the founders of the MRI Center in Amsterdam, now a chain of private medical diagnostic clinics.
Bart holds a master's degree in Engineering in Applied Physics (1990) from Twente University in the Netherlands and an MBA from INSEAD (1997).
