Cavendish Kinetics Completes Executive Team with Industry Veterans

Atul Shingal joins as EVP of Operations; Lew Boore appointed VP of Sales; Patrick Murray is
named CFO

San Jose, California, December 7, 2011:  Cavendish Kinetics, a provider of Tunable RF solutions, announced today the completion of the leadership team with three key additions. Atul Shingal with more than 30 years in international operations has been appointed Executive Vice President of Operations. Lew Boore adds his 25 years of experience in wireless semiconductors, assumes the position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales. And Patrick Murray,  with more than 25 years in high technology financial management, has been named Chief Financial Officer.

As Vice President of Operations, Atul Shingal is responsible the entire supply chain, quality and reliability Throughout his extensive career, he has been instrumental in shaping large multinationals as well as startups, including scaling revenues from annual rate rates of $30 million to $500 million. Before joining Cavendish Kinetics, he was Vice President of Operations at Inphi, a high-speed analog semiconductor company; Vice President of Operations and IT at SiRF Technology; and Vice President of Operations for Globespan Virata.

Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Lew Boore, brings over two decades of experience in engineering, marketing and sales primarily in wireless communications. Mr. Boore oversees sales, channel development and customer sales support.  Previously, Mr. Boore served as Vice President of Marketing & Sales for WiSpry. His previous professional experience includes executive positions in product development, sales, business development, and marketing with HP, MEMEC, u-Nav, and NemeriX. He has developed markets, partnerships, and grown sales in Asia, EMEA, and the Americas from inception to greater than $250 million (USD).

Chief Financial Officer, Patrick Murray, brings a wealth of financial management experience in high-tech companies. Mr. Murray is responsible for all aspects of financial planning, reporting and controls. Prior to joining Cavendish, he served as CFO of Serious Energy, Inc., CFO of WhereNet Corp., and Director of Finance for Maxim Integrated Products. He was also a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, where he serviced global high-tech manufacturing and computer software companies.
